Contract Management and Lease Administration
Crunkleton & Associates, LLC will negotiate and manage all vendor contracts to ensure proper services are being rendered in accordance with the contract agreement. Crunkleton & Associates, LLC will also decrease owner's risk by ensuring proper indemnity clauses are clearly noted in all contracts and all vendors are licensed and insured.
Crunkleton & Associates, LLC will administer all leases to ensure tenants are abiding by the terms set forth in their lease agreement. This includes the collection of rent, maintenance by tenant, and tenants use of the premises.
