Property Accounting and Financial Reporting
Crunkleton & Associates, LLC provides in-house accounting service to record monthly income and expenses for each property. A monthly financial summary is prepared and delivered to each owner describing their property's financial transactions during the month. These monthly reports compare the month's actual transactions against the amounts budgeted for that particular period. Annual budgets are prepared at the end of each calendar year and serve as a projection of cash flow the center is expected to achieve during the year. Any variances in these amounts will be explained in detail in the monthly financial summary along with a detailed rent roll, balance sheet, and aging report. Crunkleton & Associates will also prepare special reports as requested to support property owner needs.
Crunkleton & Associates, LLC uses Yardi Enterprise Property Management Software to prepare these reports. This software is widely used throughout the industry and offers an array of detailed reports to help illustrate a property's financial condition.
